Federal Member for Hinkler David Batt MP has announced the opening of Stronger Communities Programme – Round 9.
Mr Batt is encouraging eligible local community groups and sporting organisations to submit an expression of interest for grants of between $2,500 and $20,000.
“The successful projects will provide social benefits and strengthen our Hinkler community,” said Mr Batt.
“Hinkler organisations and their volunteers work tirelessly to fundraise through raffles and sponsorship, but this initiative could help relieve pressure and fund important projects.
Mr Batt said incorporated not-for-profit entities, local councils, state government agencies and incorporated trustees managing community assets can apply.

- Maximum total project cost: $50,000
